Lexi’s journey into commercial real estate wasn’t smooth or easy — and that’s what makes her different.
She entered the industry with drive but no direction, quickly learning that CRE was full of gatekeeping, confusing advice, and outdated strategies. At every turn, she had to figure things out on her own, often as the only woman — and only Black professional — in the room.
Eventually, she carved her own path. She dove into learning everything she could about commercial transactions, leasing, and investment sales — and proved herself, deal after deal.
Today, she’s built Maven Realty Partners to help others skip the confusion she faced, and finally get the support they deserve.
